Margaret Faggiani
My name is Margaret (Maggie) Faggiani, I am 19 years old and am currently working towards a degree of Global Business and Digital Arts at the University of Waterloo. I am very passionate about swimming and digital design, and I plan to grow and develop networking skills with a focus of creativity through this program. I have excellent organizational and time management skills with experience in project work and events planning and have been proven to have verbal communication skills using presentation and speaking opportunities to engage both internal/external stakeholders
It is very important, for me, to be involved in my community and social settings. Connections to people that have the same beliefs and values as me are significant because I can feel a sense of belonging. It is key to have people in your life who love you unconditionally. My family and friends are important to me because they are always there for me, and inspire and encourage me.
Madeline Clark
My name is Madeline Murphy Clark and I am 18 years old. I was born and raised in Kingston Ontario. In Kingston, I attended Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School and also maintained a steady job and social life. I am currently attending University of Waterloo for the Global Business and Digital arts program. Here I hope to expand my knowledge on the globalization of the business world and gain digital media skills in order to obtain future employment. I dream of a future employment that will allow me to live anywhere in the world with a job manageable from my computer. Some characteristics that help me to define myself are: creative, from an artistic standpoint; friendly, in that I am easy to approach and always maintain an open mind; strong in critical thinking; and most importantly, honest.
Hamza Amin
My name is Hamzah Amin and I am currently attending the University of Waterloo, studying Global Business and Digital Arts. I enjoy reading fiction books and working with photoshop. My passion is with the arts, any kind of art form really. My personal preference is photography and sketching. Recently I’ve experimented with films and recording audio which I find very interesting also. I also work as a server at a local Chinese restaurant in Mississauga on the weekends and during the week I am in Waterloo attending classes and spending time with friends.
